An established and growing renewable energy company is looking for an experienced Installation Project Manager / Site Coordinator to oversee the successful delivery of high-end residential heating, cooling and ventilation projects across London.
This is a hands-on role where you'll coordinate installations from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
The Role
- Plan and coordinate installation programmes
- Monitor progress on live projects across London
- Manage materials, schedules and site logistics
- Resolve site issues and manage project changes
- Keep project records and tracking systems up to date
- Carry out quality checks before project handover
About You
- Experience in project management or site coordination within HVAC, renewables, MEP or building services
- The ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across London
