Air Conditioning Service Engineer – London
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a leading international HVAC manufacturer.
Due to continued growth, the business is looking to strengthen its service team, supporting customers across London and the surrounding areas.
This role offers the chance to work with industry-leading equipment, receive ongoing manufacturer training and become part of a well-established, forward-thinking organisation that invests in its people.
The Role
As a Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial air conditioning equipment across London.
You'll provide exceptional technical support to customers while ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits.
- Diagnose faults and repair commercial air conditioning systems.
- Service and maintain VRF/VRV, split, multi-split and heat pump systems.
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately using digital systems.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support on site.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.
About You
To be successful, you'll have
- Proven experience servicing commercial air conditioning systems.
- F-Gas Category 1 certification.
- Experience working with VRF/VRV and split systems.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
