We are currently supporting the recruitment of an Account Manager for a leading HVAC and hydronic systems manufacturer, with a strong reputation for quality engineering solutions across heating, cooling, and energy-efficient building services.
This is a field-based role covering Yorkshire and the North West managing and developing existing accounts while also identifying new business opportunities across contractors, consultants, and key specifiers.
The Role
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers across the region
- Build strong relationships with M&E contractors, consultants, and installers
- Promote a range of hydronic heating and cooling solutions into commercial projects
- Identify and secure new project opportunities through proactive account management
- Provide technical support and product guidance to clients and project stakeholders
- Work closely with internal technical and sales support teams to deliver project solutions
- Track projects from early specification stage through to order and delivery
About You
- Background in HVAC, heating, plumbing, or building services sales (or strong technical knowledge looking to move into sales)
- Experience working with contractors, consultants, or specifier-led sales environments
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable managing a geographical territory and working independently
- Commercially aware with a proactive, self-motivated approach
- Full UK driving licence
