A newly established innovative business in the Heat Pump market is seeking a Lead Installer to join their business.

This role comes with strong progression opportunities.

You will work installing Heat Pumps on domestic properties throughout North and West London.

The company is looking for someone who can grow with the business and end up running the service and installation side of the business for years to come. This is a full-time permanent position.

Lead Installers duties:

  • Carry out in-home technical surveys and heat loss calculations.
  • Design high-quality ASHP systems for homes and small businesses, following MCS standards and best practice.
  • Manage and lead all on-site installations.
  • Act as the face of the company on-site — building trust with customers, clearly explaining the process, and ensuring a great experience throughout.
  • Help recruit and train new installation team members as we grow — mentoring them to uphold our standards.

Lead Installers salary:

£45–£55K depending on experience.

Company van (or an allowance for using your own vehicle), tools, PPE and all the support you need to do your best work.

Requirements:

  • 2 Years’ experience installing Air Source Heat Pumps.
  • Able to carry out technical surveys in domestic properties via an app and in-person.
  • Background as a qualified Plumber / Gas Safe Engineer.
  • Working knowledge of MCS standards and working practices.
