An established and highly respected manufacturer within the commercial heating sector is looking to appoint an experienced Area Sales Manager to take over a well-established South East territory following a long-serving employee's retirement.

This is an excellent opportunity to inherit a mature, successful region with existing relationships and significant ongoing project opportunities.

The Role

Covering the South East, you'll be responsible for promoting a range of commercial heating solutions to M&E consultants, consulting engineers, mechanical contractors and key specification partners.

The role is focused on developing specifications, managing projects from design through to installation, and growing business within an established customer base while identifying new opportunities across the region.

Key responsibilities include

  • Managing and developing an established South East territory.
  • Selling commercial heating solutions through specification.
  • Building relationships with M&E consultants, consulting engineers and mechanical contractors.
  • Identifying and securing new project opportunities.
  • Managing projects from specification through to order and completion.

  • Strong specification sales experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
