We are recruiting for a well-established business looking to add a Sales Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator to its team. This is a varied role supporting customers and the wider business with order processing, deliveries, invoicing and general sales administration. You'll be an important point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries and orders are dealt with accurately and efficiently.
The Role
- Processing customer orders and tracking them through to delivery
- Keeping customers updated on order progress
- Booking goods in and out of the system
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing invoices
- Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email
- Maintaining high levels of customer service
- Assisting with straightforward quotations when required
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure orders and customer requirements are handled efficiently
- Managing priorities and working to tight deadlines
The Person
We're looking for someone organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy environment. Previous experience within sales administration, customer service, order processing or a similar office-based role would be beneficial. You'll need good communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to remain organised when things get busy.
