We’re seeking a Lead Installation Engineer to join a skilled team of service and installation engineers. This specialist project role offers variety across mechanical, electrical, controls, and AHU installations, with opportunities to lead contractors, manage site projects, and engage directly with customers.
Installation Engineers responsibilities:
- Lead installation projects and support the setup and execution on site.
- Conduct site surveys and assist in updating project documentation.
- Mentor and support contractors and junior engineers.
- Occasionally support service operations when projects are quieter.
Installation Engineers Requirements:
- Experienced in mobile AC, refrigeration, or HVAC installations.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls knowledge.
- Customer-focused with excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel; driving time paid with optional Saturday work.
