Business Development Manager – Industrial Refrigeration (Heavy Commercial & Industrial)\\n\\nSalary: £70,000 basic + bonus\\nCar: Hybrid / Electric company vehicle (or similar low-tax option)\\nLocation: UK-wide (open location, regular travel required)\\nIndustry: Industrial Refrigeration – Food, Process, Manufacturing\\n\\nWe are recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading player in the industrial refrigeration sector. This role focuses on securing and developing business across heavy commercial and industrial environments, with a particular emphasis on food manufacturing, process cooling, and large-scale industrial applications.\\n\\nThis is not a supermarket refrigeration position — we are looking for someone with deeper industrial exposure.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Develop new business across the industrial refrigeration market (food, processing, manufacturing, distribution, etc.)\\n\\n * Manage and grow relationships with key clients and strategic accounts\\n\\n * Engage with end users, process engineers, project teams and industrial customers\\n\\n * Travel across the UK as required to meet customers and attend sites\\n\\n * Drive revenue growth and develop long-term partnerships\\n\\nIdeal Candidate Profile\\n\\nYou must have:\\n✔ Strong background in industrial or heavy commercial refrigeration\\n✔ Experience working with food processing / industrial cooling equipment\\n✔ Ability to support design, costing and technical proposals\\n✔ Solid commercial acumen and experience closing high-value projects\\n✔ Confidence engaging with engineering teams and end users\\n✔ Willingness to travel across the UK\\n\\nPreferred but not essential:\\n• Exposure to ammonia, CO₂, or industrial chillers\\n• Experience in process cooling or large-scale industrial plant\\n• Existing network in the food or manufacturing sectors\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer\\n\\n * £70,000 basic salary (depending on experience)\\n\\n * Competitive bonus structure\\n\\n * Hybrid or electric company car (low-tax options encouraged)\\n\\n * Opportunity to shape a key region with strong career potential\\n\\n * Work with a respected and established industrial refrigeration provider
