Business Development Manager

We\’re looking for a Business Development Manager to grow sales on behalf of a major HVAC manufacturer. You\’ll be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with end users, M&E contractors and consultants, and turning opportunities into sales.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Build relationships with customers and decision-makers
  • Meet clients across the UK
  • Manage the sales process from first contact to order
  • Work with marketing on sales campaigns and lead generation

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B business development or sales experience
  • 1 or 2 years\’ experience in a Sales, Project or Administration type role
  • Confident communicator, self‑motivated and driven
  • Full UK driving licence

Package

  • Salary: £30-40K
  • Bonus, pension, car allowance
  • 23 days holiday + birthday + bank holidays
