We are searching on behalf of our client, an International Tier 1 contractor for a Sub Agent to join their team at Heathrow. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Tier 1 contractor on one of the largest infrastructure projects currently ongoing in the UK.
In this role, you will:
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including method statements, risk assessments, and briefings.
- Manage, supervise, and mentor site engineers to ensure high levels of engineering control and record generation.
- Communicate with commercial staff to prepare records for measurement and payment purposes promptly.
- Liaise with the Agent to allocate labour, plant, materials, and temporary work design schemes.
- Advise the Agent of any potential commercial or contractual liabilities.
- Manage the ordering process and supplier relationships for timely material delivery.
- Manage subcontractors to ensure service delivery and compliance with company policies.
To be successful, you will have:
