We are looking for a Senior HSE Manager to join our team based in Cheshire working for a leading EPC. – Initial 6 months plus – Site Based Job description: * Sustain a productive safe work environment / culture in order to avoid and minimize HSE related problems. * Support the HSE Lead to provide a sufficient level of project HSE oversight on multiple work fronts across both ISBL and OSBL sites. * Provide guidance, assistance and advice to Project matters, project management, and Company organizations through interpretation of Company HSE practices and procedures in relation to client requirements and current legislation and regulations * Conduct Project Inductions and other training * Participate in Project HSE Meeting * Conduct Site, inspections, Audits, Contractor reviews and site investigations * Liaise as necessary between the Company, client, and regulatory agencies in order to provide assistance and resolution in regard to audits, remedial actions, and other HSE related issues * Provide review and input of contractors permit applications, risk assessments and method statements * Collection and monitoring of HSE metrics * Strong CDM background Qualifications * Relevant Degree or certifications * Relevant experience
