An opportunity to work for one of the world's leading offshore wind developers, based in their office in central London. The right candidate will be a seasoned Quantity Surveyor, with strong experience in contract management, having worked on large scale offshore wind or energy projects.
This job requires extensive knowledge of contract changes management & claim management in FIDIC, BIMCO and LOGIC based contracts. The major responsibilities are:
- Monitor and report package budget, control costs, and process contractor payments, including SAP operations.
- Manage contracts proactively to ensure alignment with project scope, budget, and obligations.
- Handle variation requests, enforce contractual changes, and draft related correspondence.
- Prepare dispute readiness documentation and advise on commercial/contractual issues.
- Provide regular performance updates to contract management and project leadership.
Qualifications
- RICS certification is mandatory.
- Degree qualified in a commercial subject, engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in quantity surveying and contract management, preferably in the offshore wind industry or similar energy projects.
