Quality Manager Central London £TRS are working with a leading Tier 1 contractor who work on a number of projects across the UK, they are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join their team on a major tunnelling project on a Permanent basis. You will have previous experience of working in Quality assurance within a Civils environment, Tunneling experience preferred. Previous experience working with Tier 1/2 Civil Engineering Contractors. Effectively implementing and developing the Quality Management System which includes integration of best practice and approaches for continuous improvement. Conduct regular site and workplace inspections to ensure the work being carried out is in accordance with company standards and policies. Support activities including coaching and mentoring junior staff and facilitating workshops.
