We are hiring a Commissioning Manager for BESS Projects. Are you a seasoned professional in building systems commissioning? Join us to lead the delivery of high-performance commercial spaces!
Base pay range: $300,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr
What You'll Do:
- Lead commissioning for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and BMS systems.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and performance verification.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and green building standards (LEED/IGBC).
- Deliver detailed reports and support smooth handover to operations teams.
What We're Looking For:
- 15 years of commissioning experience in commercial buildings.
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of integrated building systems and smart technologies.
- Excellent coordination, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Ex Fluor employees will be given priority.
