Our client, a globally leading EPC company is looking for a Interface Coordinator to join them on an initial 12 month contract.
Duties include:
- Maintain and update interface registers and trackers to ensure alignment between internal project teams and third-party stakeholders, identifying and resolving interface issues proactively.
- Organise and lead interface meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between engineering disciplines, contractors, and client representatives.
- Compile accurate minutes of meetings, action logs, and interface reports to support project transparency and decision-making.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure technical compatibility and alignment across project phases, from design through to execution.
- Act as a key point of contact for external partners, demonstrating professionalism and technical understanding in client-facing discussions and reviews.

- Occasional site visits.
