You will plan, manage, support and monitor standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment is created and maintained, thereby achieving legal compliance through a positive approach to sensible risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and correlating HSE leading and lagging KPIs (metric) trends and implementing strategy to meet business HSE expectations through programs, risk mitigation projects, communication, and training.
- Introducing establishing programs, tools, and training to ensure compliance with legal requirements and full implementation of HSE Management System (MS).
- Coordinating/collaborating with other managers ensuring expeditious and sustainable program implementation with continuous improvement.
- Closely cooperating with Field Service Engineers to provide HSE expertise and support to drive HSE standards and specific training implementation to deliver results.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have relevant HSE certification e.g. NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent.
- ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification.
- Have experience in Manufacturing/Services facilities.
- Have experience of working within the HSE discipline and framework.
- Have good knowledge of current health, safety and environmental UK regulations.
