We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Designer to join a globally recognised Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) organisation supporting a major refinery project. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a market-leading engineering business on a high-profile project, utilising industry-leading design and simulation tools including ASPEN.

The Role

As an HVAC Designer, you will be responsible for reviewing and developing HVAC system designs for a large-scale refinery project, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess HVAC system designs for refinery and industrial process facilities.
  • Ensure designs comply with project requirements, applicable codes, and industry standards.
  • Perform HVAC calculations and design assessments.
  • Utilise ASPEN and other engineering software to support design verification and optimisation.
  • Coordinate with process, mechanical, piping, and project engineering teams.
  • Identify design improvements and provide technical recommendations.
