Our client, a globally leading EPC company, are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join the team on a contract basis. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with the Project Director, project team, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors
- Monitor and control project costs
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications
- Conduct site inspections and ensure that all safety regulations are followed
- Prepare and submit project reports
- Resolve project issues and problems
- Work with the Project Director to develop and implement project strategies
- Represent the company to clients and other stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
