Our client is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee a high-profile project in Torness in East Lothian. This role is pivotal for ensuring the successful delivery of the project, encompassing planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams involved in the project.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, ensuring quality standards are met and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
- Develop and implement construction schedules, logistics plans, and resource allocation strategies.
