Our client is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in Kuwait, specializing in architecture, engineering, and urban planning. The firm has been involved in numerous prestigious projects, including infrastructure, high-rise buildings, healthcare, and educational institutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all cost management and quantity surveying activities for construction projects.
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
- Evaluate and negotiate variations and change orders with contractors and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
- Proven track record of working on car parking projects and airport projects.
- Experience in the GCC region is a plus.
