Position: Chartered Quantity Surveyor

Duration: 15-18 months

Location: Hawalli, Kuwait

About the client

Our client is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in Kuwait, specializing in architecture, engineering, and urban planning. The firm has been involved in numerous prestigious projects, including infrastructure, high-rise buildings, healthcare, and educational institutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all cost management and quantity surveying activities for construction projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
• Evaluate and negotiate variations and change orders with contractors and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
• 15-20 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
• Proven track record of working on car parking projects and airport projects.
• Experience in the GCC region is a plus.
