We are on the lookout for a Trainee or Improver HVAC Engineer to join our growing team at TRS Cooling! Whether you’re just starting out, fresh out of college, or already in the trade and looking for the next step, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a supportive and skilled environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with the installation and maintenance of various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Learning on the job with full training and support from our experienced engineers
- Gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of residential and commercial projects
- Supporting day-to-day operations and gradually taking on more responsibility as your skills grow
What we’re looking for:
- Keen to learn and develop in the HVAC trade
- Ideally some basic knowledge of tools or general site work
- Clean UK driving licence and reliable transport to our office
- Friendly, flexible and a team player
- Willing to travel locally and work occasional out-of-hours jobs
