- Providing technical support and first line technical fixes via telephone and by using connectivity tools
- Supporting customers with technical issues on a range of medical diagnostic analysers
- Guiding users through troubleshooting via phone and video calls
- Escalating unresolved technical issues to the Field Service Engineering team
To succeed in this exciting role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- A competent background in a service engineering capacity gained within any high value capital equipment environment
- Applications are encouraged from engineers with a broad range of backgrounds, including laboratory device, medical device, pharmaceutical device, ex forces engineers
