You will be responsible for:
- Processing customer calls and responding to customer queries
- Preparing quotes
- Generating purchase orders
- Sourcing spare parts
- Stock management
- Administration duties associated with a busy field service team
- Booking returns to head office for service
- Communicating with management as required to ensure optimal service levels are maintained
