The Role - Service Administrator, Medical Devices

You will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer calls and responding to customer queries
  • Preparing quotes
  • Generating purchase orders
  • Sourcing spare parts
  • Stock management
  • Administration duties associated with a busy field service team
  • Booking returns to head office for service
  • Communicating with management as required to ensure optimal service levels are maintained

Your Background - Service Administrator, Medical Devices
