- Performing pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training
- Onboarding new customers by engaging teams in the launch
- Travelling to prospective customer sites, luminary sites and trade shows to perform presentations
- Providing ongoing application assistance and support to end users

- Previous experience in an application specialist or biomedical scientist role with one or more of the following specialisations:

- immunology
- clinical chemistry

- life sciences
