The Role:

  • Developing customer relationships and servicing and maintaining a range of high value, PC-controlled capital equipment
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and fault-finding
  • Repairing a range of electronic and electro-mechanical systems utilised in ticketing and payment machines

Your Background:

  • Experience in a field service or technical support role, working on electronics, electro-mechanical or PC-controlled capital equipment
  • A technical qualification, such as City & Guilds 224, ONC or HNC in Electronic / Electrical Engineering
  • Strong board level electronics fault finding and service skills
  • Good PC hardware knowledge and networking skills
  • Experience of repairing car parking, ticketing or fare automation systems or automatic doors would be beneficial
