Role Overview

Following expansion, we’re recruiting customer‑focused and technically motivated Medical Field Service Engineers responsible for service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of X‑ray and CT imaging systems across South London and Surrey hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide field service support and maintenance for X‑ray and CT medical imaging systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues on client premises.
• Perform repair, calibration and preventive maintenance to ensure system performance.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records and report on system status.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in medical device or imaging field service, or related electronic sectors such as laboratory device, semiconductor or ex‑HM Forces engineering.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor in customer‑facing environments.
• Technical aptitude for diagnosing and repairing high‑performance imaging equipment.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within South London and Surrey.
