We are seeking a technically motivated and customer focused Field Service Engineer to service and repair sophisticated medical and laboratory diagnostic systems used in pathology departments, NHS laboratories, and clinical chemistry environments.

Responsibilities:
- Service and breakdown repair of medical and laboratory diagnostics systems.
- Visit customer sites to troubleshoot and provide valuable solutions.
- Liaise with a variety of external contacts, including laboratory managers and technicians in NHS and private independent organizations.
Qualifications:
- Competent background as a field service engineer or technical support engineer with experience on high value capital equipment and a qualification in electronics.
- Experience working with diagnostic systems, medical devices, laboratory systems, scientific equipment, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, pre‑press, printing or high‑value electronic/electro‑mechanical capital equipment.
- Full product training will be provided.
