The Role – Applications Specialist, Cardiology IT / PACS Systems
In this home based role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing local training courses to meet training needs for installations and follow up visits
- Carrying out pre-sales demonstrations and post sales product support
- Assessing customer training needs
- Building trust and rapport with medical imaging customers
- Assisting in the creation of support documentation
Your Background – Applications Specialist, Cardiology IT / PACS Systems
To succeed in this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience as a Cardiac IT Manager, PACS Manager, Cardiac Physiologist or Sonographer with proven experience working with PACS or experience as an Applications Specialist working with CVIS or PACS
- Experience in demonstrating and providing training on CVIS and PACS
- Experienced and confident in delivering presentations
- Excellent communication skills
- The role will involve national travel and overnight stays
