Responsibilities
- Develop customer relationships and service & maintain high‑value, PC‑controlled capital equipment.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance & fault‑finding.
- Repair electronic & electro‑mechanical systems used in ticketing and payment machines.
Qualifications
- Experience in a field service or technical support role, working on electronics, electro‑mechanical or PC‑controlled capital equipment.
- Technical qualification such as City & Guilds 224, ONC or HNC in Electronic / Electrical Engineering.
- Strong board‑level electronics fault‑finding and service skills.
- Good PC hardware knowledge and networking skills.
- Experience on a wide range of capital equipment (ATM, gaming, vending, office equipment or PCs) is acceptable.
- Exposure to coin‑operated mechanisms, note validators, ticketing machines, payment machines, automatic barriers or gates is beneficial.
- Experience repairing car‑parking, ticketing or fare automation systems or automatic doors is beneficial.
- Applications welcomed from individuals with ex‑forces background.
