This role will involve working five days out of seven and will include some weekend work
The Role
Following continued growth this market-leading organisation now seeks to recruit a customer focused Applications Specialist responsible for:
- Performing pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training
- Onboarding new customers by engaging teams in the launch
- Travelling to prospective customer sites, luminary sites and trade shows to perform presentations
- Providing ongoing application assistance and support to end users
Your Background
To succeed in this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an application specialist or biomedical scientist role with one or more of the following specialisations:
– haematology
– immunology
– clinical chemistry
– molecular
– life sciences - Excellent customer service and communication skills
