Role
The market leader seeks a commercially astute Field Service Manager to lead and grow a team of Field Service Engineers, build key customer relationships and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Field Service Engineers
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers
- Attend meetings regularly and provide customer care
- Ensure delivery of KPI’s set out in SLA’s: resource utilisation, PPM delivery, team and customer satisfaction
- Deliver financial results within set budgets
Qualifications
- Experience as a Field Service Manager, Regional Service Manager, Field Service Supervisor or Team Leader
- Experience managing Service Engineers from high‑technology capital equipment sectors (laboratory, medical, security, print press, defence, radar, etc.)
- Commercial skills and business flair
- Ability to foster key customer relationships
- Skill in supporting and motivating a field service team to develop new revenue streams and increase market share across a broad product portfolio of cutting‑edge technology solutions
