The Role - Field Service Engineer, Scientific & Industrial Laboratory Instrumentation

Following expansion, this market leader in laboratory technology now seeks to recruit a technically motivated and customer focused Field Service Engineer, responsible for the planned preventative maintenance, service, breakdown and repair of a wide range of leading-edge Laboratory Instrumentation, based at customer sites throughout the Midlands region. This role is home based and will involve travelling to customer sites throughout the territory, ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are always maintained.

Your Background – Field Service Engineer, Scientific & Industrial Laboratory Instrumentation

Suitable candidates for this exciting role will need to possess a qualification in Electronics, Engineering or Science, and have gained experience working in a customer facing field service engineer, or be an ex-HM Forces Engineer, looking for their first move into field service. Experience servicing high value capital equipment is essential. Full and comprehensive product training will be provided, so applicants are welcome from Service Engineers from a broad array of backgrounds and industry sectors.
