Salary: £45K + 10% Bonus (Earnings circa £50K). Company vehicle and excellent benefits including healthcare, contributory pension scheme, phone and laptop.

Location: Cambridge, Luton, Hitchin, Stevenage, Hertford, Ware, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Watford and surrounding areas.

Role Overview: Following expansion, they seek a customer‑focused and technically motivated Medical Field Service Engineer to service, repair, breakdown and maintain advanced medical systems at hospital and healthcare centres throughout the region.

Background & Qualifications:

  • Medical, biomedical or field service engineers from sectors such as medical device, medical imaging, laboratory device, subsea oil & gas, semiconductor, ex‑HM Forces (RAF, REME, Navy), industrial/commercial imaging or other electronic manufacturing and services.
  • Impeccable customer service skills and a confident, professional manner in customer‑facing environments.
  • Experience with complex medical equipment and troubleshooting.
