The Role – Trainee Medical Field Service Engineer
This market-leading optical group seeks to recruit a technically motivated and customer-focused Trainee Medical Field Service Engineer, responsible for the planned preventative maintenance, service, breakdown and repair of fully networked electronic optical microscopy medical systems, dedicated to a broad range of medical applications including optometry, dentistry, radiotherapy, surgical microscopy, digital visualisation, neurosurgery and gynaecology. This role is home-based and will involve travelling to hospitals, healthcare centres and medical establishments throughout the South London, Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey region. You will spend time travelling to customer sites with experienced Field Service Engineers, who will pass on their knowledge and expertise as you learn about these complex medical devices.
