We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue. This is an exciting role for a dynamic and results driven individual who enjoys selling and forging relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients
- Maintain and build relationships with existing clients
- Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate pricing and secure long-term agreements with clients
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
- Develop and deliver sales strategies to meet sales targets and overall company growth
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware, with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to interpret drawing and specifications
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident in presenting to clients and stakeholders
