Womenswear Shape Designer An exciting opportunity to join a creative and collaborative design team within a growing womenswear brand. This role involves generating new and updated shape ideas across multiple categories but with a focus on dresses and softs, supporting in-house production from concept to delivery, and ensuring all design work aligns with current trends and commercial needs. Key Responsibilities: Research and analyse womenswear trends, shapes, and fabrics for directional development Forecast future trends and identify gaps in current ranges Develop and update shape ideas based on development briefs and bestsellers Create accurate digital technical packs for factory use Liaise with the pattern cutter, sample room, and garment techs to support the development process Maintain and update fabric logs, sourcing new fabrics as needed Ensure ranges and samples are delivered in line with key deadlines Manage and update the design development log and ensure alignment with the critical path Person Specification: 2-3 years\’ experience in a supplier or retail environment Confident in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with strong technical pack skills Experience working with factories and garment tech teams Excellent knowledge of jersey and woven fabrics Strong understanding of the critical path and seasonal development timelines TPBN1_UKTJ
