I am partnering with a growing well known British ladieswear fashion brand, who design trend led womenswear multi products for 100 outlets currently and they are growing rapidly. The Wholesale Administrator is responsible for stock management of the wholesale channel and managing the customer base with an aim to improve efficiency, accuracy of deliveries & customer experience. This role has 1 day working from home. Main Responsibilities Will Include: A key lead in driving intake and dispatch across forward & immediate order accounts Manage the critical path at customer level, Assisting key accounts ahead of delivery and develop detailed timelines where necessary Follow intake/dispatch closely and report in trade on a weekly forecast on when dispatch will be complete, Share feedback to the wholesale team where there are delays and if this will affect selling time Assist and support the sales team in meeting sales target identifying stock opportunities in-season Develop relationships with customers with updates on delivery, sales support and administrative tasks Manage & own customer processes and database inline with critical path dates Provide customers with detailed information to ensure successful launch Owner of sample, product and asset management requests from wholesale accounts Support with market preparation creating line sheets and managing JOOR sales platform data upload Monitor reorders, exchanges and RTV’s, including the processing of all paperwork & invoicing Key skills and experience Experience in a similar capacity within fashion brand preferably 2 years Good Knowledge of the Critical Path Excellent administration skills, confident with Microsoft Office systems; expert in Excel, including Vlookup Excellent attention to detail with administrative tasks Highly organised, self-motivated, able to manage workload and be a team player
