A boutique niche practice specialising in property finance, recovery, and litigation is seeking a proactive Paralegal to support its Property team. The firm provides expert legal advice on the sale of properties repossessed by mortgagees as well as the purchasing and sales of residential properties for individuals. You will assist fee-earners with a varied caseload.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Case Management Support: Assist solicitors in managing caseloads involving sales of mortgagee re-possessed properties and the purchases/sales of individual residential transactions.
- Client Liaison: Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, providing regular case updates.
Person Specifications:
- Qualified: You hold a Law Degree (LLB) or have completed the GDL, LPC, or SQE.
