We are recruiting for a global group of companies that hold the licenses for many sportswear brands Reebok .Seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to manage all inventory activities across the EU market for the Reebok brand. This role ensures optimal stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand while minimising excess and obsolete inventory in alignment with business object. You will work closely with procurement, supply chain, logistics, and sales teams to deliver accurate inventory forecasting, control, and reporting.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to support business goals and optimise stock levels across all European Union markets.
- Monitor stock performance and turnover rates, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions to reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to align inventory planning with demand forecasts, promotional activities and seasonal variations.
- Manage stock reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of inventory data across all relevant systems.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual inventory reporting, providing insights and analysis to senior management.
