We are looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented CAD Designer to join the Hoodrich team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a Group Company home to a portfolio of reputable global brands, supporting the design and production process from tech pack to final manufacture.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Create and amend accurate drawings and technical designs from tech packs.
- Create overviews and supplier overviews from existing CADs.
- Help on developing tech packs.
- Produce detailed drawings for construction.
- Interpret design briefs, sketches, specifications, and measurements.
- Make amendments and updates to drawings as required.
- Work closely with designers, project managers, production teams, and suppliers.
- Prepare drawings and files for manufacturing and production.
- Check dimensions, materials, finishes, and technical details for accuracy.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date CAD files and project documentation.
Person Specifications:
- Must have previous experience in CAD design.
- Must be accurate and have excellent attention to detail to ensure all tech packs are correct.
