We are working with an established international business who are looking to appoint a Footwear Brand Manager to lead G Star across their portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong footwear sales, product and brand experience to take ownership of a well-known label across the European market. The role will suit a commercially minded and strategic individual who enjoys building brands, developing key accounts and working closely with both internal teams and brand partners. You will be responsible for driving wholesale growth, managing major retail relationships and ensuring full alignment across sales, product, marketing and operations.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the key point of contact with G Star, managing seasonal briefings, range reviews and strategy meetings
  • Leading wholesale sales and account management for G Star across approved European territories
  • Building and growing relationships with key accounts, distributors and agents
  • Developing and delivering sales plans and forecasts in line with business KPIs
  • Managing sell-in, range selection, pricing structures and minimum order quantities
  • Negotiating account terms and supporting end-of-season discussions
  • Overseeing the account-focused critical path to ensure deadlines for orders, launches and deliveries are met
  • Working closely with customer care and operations to ensure all orders are tracked accurately through the process
  • Sharing and coordinating seasonal marketing plans with accounts and distributors
  • Collaborating on product development, including styling, colourways, pricing strategy, range building and special projects
  • Analysing sales and account performance, providing regular reporting and actionable recommendations
  • Managing sales appointments, trade meetings, samples and in-house sales tools

Person specification:

  • Strong experience within footwear sales, product or brand management, gained within fashion, sportswear or lifestyle
  • Previous experience managing European brands or key accounts within the footwear market
  • Strong understanding of the lifestyle footwear and fashion market, with relevant key account relationships
  • Proven ability to build brands and execute sales and brand strategy successfully
  • Commercially and analytically minded, with the ability to turn KPIs and data into clear actions
  • Experience across marketing, brand strategy, leadership and project management
  • Highly organised, collaborative and confident working in a fast-paced environment
