We are partnering with a fast-growing womenswear fashion brand with a strong global presence and loyal customer following, looking to appoint an exceptional Senior Fashion Multiproduct Designer to join their creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and highly creative designer to play a key role within an ambitious, fast-paced business where you will have real influence, ownership, and the opportunity to shape future collections.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Leading the design and development of seasonal womenswear collections across multiple product categories.
- Driving creative direction with fresh ideas and elevated design thinking while maintaining strong brand identity.
- Researching and translating emerging trends, customer insights, and market opportunities into commercially successful product.
- Creating CADs, tech packs, print concepts, embroidery ideas, and detailed design specifications.
- Managing the design process from concept through to fittings, sampling, and final approval.
- Working closely with buying, merchandising, garment tech, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and product excellence.
- Collaborating directly with factories and suppliers on fabric, trims, silhouette development, and product innovation.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members within the design department.
- Maintaining awareness of competitor activity, market trends, and international fashion movements.
- Assisting with styling direction and collection storytelling where required.
Person specification:
- Significant experience working within a fashion brand or retailer in a Senior Designer capacity.
- Strong womenswear design background with an excellent eye for print, colour, shape, and detail.
- Proven ability to deliver commercially successful collections within a fast-moving fashion environment.
- Excellent trend forecasting and strong commercial awareness.
- Strong technical understanding including CAD design, garment construction, fit, and fabric development.
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
- Experience working with international suppliers and managing product development processes.
- Confident communicator with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative, proactive, and excited by growth, innovation, and working within an entrepreneurial environment.
