We are working with a highly successful London-based fashion supplier who are looking for an innovative and fashion-forward Senior Denim Designer to join their growing womenswear team.

This is an exciting opportunity to design trend-led denim collections for well-known UK high street retailers. You'll play a key role within the design team, bringing fresh ideas, strong trend awareness, and a confident creative handwriting to the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and develop innovative, trend-led womenswear denim designs
  • Demonstrate a strong, trend-driven design handwriting across all collections
  • Present confidently to buyers, showcasing mood boards, concepts, and market research
  • Stay ahead of trends through ongoing market and competitor analysis
  • Develop detailed CADs and technical packs for product development
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure designs are aligned with customer needs
  • Liaise with overseas factories throughout the development process
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Person Specification

  • Proven experience as a Womenswear Denim Designer
  • Strong trend awareness with the ability to translate into commercial designs
  • A clear, confident design handwriting that is fashion-forward and relevant to the UK high street
  • Confident presenter, comfortable in buyer-facing meetings
  • Passionate about denim, with strong knowledge of fabrics, washes, and fits
  • Highly organised and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with strong CAD skills
