As part of its continued success, the brand is seeking an experienced Senior Fashion Buyer to join the team and play a key role in shaping future product strategy, driving category performance, and delivering commercially successful collections.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing category buying strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Building commercially successful product ranges through trend analysis, customer insight, and sales data.
- Managing the product lifecycle from concept through to launch and trading.
- Collaborating closely with Design, Merchandising, Production, and Ecommerce teams.
- Driving sales, margin, and profitability across key product categories.
- Identifying opportunities for growth across retail, ecommerce, and wholesale channels.
- Managing supplier relationships and negotiating costs to achieve margin targets.
- Analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform buying decisions.
