- Pattern Sealing and Grading β Finalise patterns to production-ready standards and accurately grade across multiple sizes while preserving fit, proportions, and technical integrity.
- Technical Specifications & Documentation β Produce detailed tech packs and spec sheets, including size charts, production notes, and seam allowances, and prepare Excel-based workbooks for production accuracy.
- Tech Pack Interpretation β Convert tech packs into workable garment designs, ensuring alignment with design intent and production requirements.
- Quality Control β Ensure all graded patterns meet technical and aesthetic standards before production to prevent delays or issues.
- Fit Sessions β Participate in fitting sessions, assessing prototypes and making technical adjustments for fit, construction, and sizing.
