- Pattern Sealing and Grading – Finalise patterns to production-ready standards and accurately grade across multiple sizes while preserving fit, proportions, and technical integrity.
- Technical Specifications & Documentation – Produce detailed tech packs and spec sheets, including size charts, production notes, and seam allowances, and prepare Excel-based workbooks for production accuracy.
- Tech Pack Interpretation – Convert tech packs into workable garment designs, ensuring alignment with design intent and production requirements.
- Quality Control – Ensure all graded patterns meet technical and aesthetic standards before production to prevent delays or issues.
- Fit Sessions – Participate in fitting sessions, assessing prototypes and making technical adjustments for fit, construction, and sizing.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with design, production, and technical teams to maintain accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
- Attention to Detail – Maintain high standards of quality across all deliverables, ensuring timelines and brand requirements are met.
Person Specification:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrates advanced skills in Illustrator for technical drawings and Excel for size specs, grading charts, and production data.
- Experience in working across all the ladieswear product categories.
- Able to manage workload independently, meet tight deadlines, and remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Self-motivated but also a great leader.
