Responsibilities- Produce and manage orderbooks, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs and business targets.
- Enter and maintain customer data, including orders, pricing, part numbers, and VAS.
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Operations, and the warehouse to resolve issues and ensure smooth, timely order processing and shipments.
- Analyse orderbooks, communicate challenges to customers and sales, and support order allocation.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing support on pricing, credits, invoices, and recurring issues.
- Monitor key performance metrics, attend training, and assist with additional duties or projects as needed.
- Fluent in German (Essential)
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel
- STYLEman experience is desirable, but not essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about customer service
- An eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
