As Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the full order lifecycle, from order entry through to customer delivery, while supporting Account Managers in the smooth running of major retail accounts. This role is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, confident Excel skills, and a proactive, organised approach to managing high volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer order sheets, ensuring all details and requirements are accurately captured
- Support customer meetings with meeting prep, note-taking, and action follow-ups
- Coordinate with design and sourcing teams to ensure all product data and labelling requirements are correct
- Process purchase orders using internal systems (SAP), and communicate key details across buying and warehouse teams
- Track orders, issue weekly critical path updates, and proactively manage any delays or changes
- Reconcile purchase orders with factory orders, resolving discrepancies with buyers and internal teams
- Provide monthly shipping reviews, sales order updates, and support with invoice queries
- Prepare key reports to support account reviews and strategic planning
- Manage pricing accuracy within SAP and support ongoing process improvements
- Line manage an Account Coordinator, providing training, support, and task prioritisation
